Heart of Darkness boosts SP2 damage and Power generation, adds a Power-draining damage-over-time effect, and punishes tag-outs when evolved.
Fully evolved and maxed, Heart of Darkness boosts Special 2 damage and power generation, applies a damage-over-time effect that also drains enemy Power, and adds tag-out damage after evolution. It is a strong fit for special-focused characters and teams that want faster Power gain and pressure between tags.
