The Ibistick boosts both Specials and Power generation, then adds Special-based damage over time after evolution.
Fully evolved and maxed The Ibistick increases Special 1 and Special 2 damage and raises Power generation. After evolution, Specials also apply a damage-over-time effect. It is a flexible offensive Gear for characters that rely on frequent Specials and can take advantage of repeated DOT applications.
